Legal Practice Board
The Legal Practices Board and LPCC didn't address my complaint, yet did everything to ignore and be evasive to the issue raised by means of addressing events not relevant to my complaint, and quickly dismissed the issue.How can conduct like this justify the existence of such a board and committee, and how is this seen to provide any service or assistance to the public that fund their salaries?

Of course, nobody wants to be there so it's great to have staff who are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Victoria Park Office has always been known for its high level of customer focus. It's not the hub it was prior to online reporting and Covid but even so the customers needs remain their main priority.The Victoria Park Office is large with ample comfortable seating and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Now that most Human Services matters can be dealt with online, cues are almost nonexistant and waiting times are in the order of 10 minutes.

I came for my Medicare enrolment on a Thursday morning, around 9. I was immediately taken care of by the check-in desk, and two staff took care of my needs immediately. In an out in less than 20min. Absolutely amazing service.

The address written in the description is correct as are the photos but Google Maps takes you to the old address on the map. I guess Google can’t even follow their own directions. (Linked to Maps from searching Google)I was dreading going in and was prepared for a long wait like anywhere in Perth but I sat down for less than 2 minutes before I was called and they were more than helpful with my questions.Parking at the front door is also very nice, entry through the shopping centre car park.
