I've been on some form of government assistance for close to 10 years now, and visited many different centrelinks, my expectations of them over my experiences are very low, I expect long wait times etc, in light of that, this place is very good in comparison, staff are helpful and most of the visits I've been here I haven't waited long.

Only been a few times but if you are polite and patient the staff are excellent. Never had to wait long for someone to see you.

Woman on the far right hand side short hair was very rude. I asked to speak to someone from Medicare and she then proceeded to say “you know you can call them right?”. After I explained that I’ve had trouble she says “No I do not believe anyone who says that, I get through straight away nope don’t believe it”. Very rude woman who’s opinion I didn’t ask for and was respectful the whole time just wanting to speak to someone. Have heard others saying the same thing about her.

this is the worst centerlink you would ever go to, rude staff with no manners. they only have some 80 year old grey haired laydies who are grumpy for no reason and do not know how to even do the job. very rascist white people as well in there. never reccomend it

Due to issues with APM my job provider I had to visit the Centrelink office in Joondalup and on both occasions I found the staff to be extremely helpful.

I have not been on Govt benefits except for a few months prior to getting my first job when I were a teenager, so entering the system was extremely daunting for me and due to the position covid-19 had me in I were very stressed as well. The staff here were extremely helpful and could not have done more for me, the were kind and empathetic to my situation and made me feel better about the whole thing. The were also professional and very efficient, I can’t thank them enough for helping me through this.

The person working at the front desk (Audrey) was the absolute sweetest person alive, I was greeted by a warm smile and as we were figuring stuff out we were joking around and having a light hearted conversation. It was my first time even approaching a Centrelink and to say I was satisfied would be an absolute understatement. Audrey was truely amazing and made everything so much nicer and easier for me. Along with that, I got so much help when I was struggling with some online difficulties. Thank you all so much, and Audrey, I thank you personally, you are an absolute sweetheart.
