We stopped going to this Centerlink. They never fixed any of our issues. Went here like 5 times with barely anything fixed with our claims and payments. Went to the Morely centerlink ONCE and they actually fixed the issues and were much more helpful and willing to help. Also there was no social workers here. We asked for one at the front and they sat us down and made us wait 40 whole minutes just to say they didn't have one. Never coming back here...

The front service was nice, she was kind and made it all clear to send me the back office. But...I was frustrated by the back office service. I just want to fix my claim, but she was bit up while helping me and said 'why are you making this claim hard?'. I was stunned in seconds and thought 'Why is she scolding me by my mistake which I didn't even know.' When I finished I felt bad. She was too firm and scary. I must pray to god before having a 'scary service'.

I Used to go there some years ago. There were nice and helpful people, then...When I came back, I found bullies that made fun of my finances and refused to review the figures. Now, after two years I am still struggling to object their errors. I should hire a lawyer to solve these + bullying ! I doubt they have a manager !

I was so amazed and thankful for Cheryl for a job well done on my case as she really spend the time to figure out every thing just to help me claim the right one for me as i was rejected 2x for the same claim. Service Australia needs staffs like Cheryl.

Went there to update my son's study situation, checked in by front desk, waited for 1 and 1/2 hour and still no call. So I went to front desk again asking why taking so long , the woman then checked the system and could not find my name, so I wasn't on the system, she said. ??? Also, the staffs there have no knowledge, you have to do your own research before you come and tell themwhat you're eligible for and how to claim it. What a bunch of hopeless public servants.

Worst service. Very rude and lazy asking us to do online. I don’t know the point why they are running the office then, when there is option of doing online. I think I am here to apply because I don’t know how to do it online, and they didn’t take any documents from me and simply saying I forgot.

I've not had to deal with Centrelink for 40 plus years and having heard how difficult some people find the process I was dreading it. However my experience today was wonderful. The lady I spoke to was calm, non-judgemental, helped me understand the process, helped set up my online pieces and provided a walk through discussion of what i may be eligible for, what I need to do and how long I can expect it to take going through the process. As an introduction to the system it was useful and definitely not traumatic as I had been anticipating.

Today I had appointment in this branch. After waiting for an hour coz of their misinformation, they actually asked me to do application on line myself. I wasted 3 hours without getting any results. I found the employees of this branch including the security guard very unhelpful, lazy, unprofessional and aggressive. It all because of bad management. If you going to make appointment, try another branches. It's not the same Australia as I rememberd 30 years ago. Cheers and God bless you.
