Sorry for those that do their job properly at Rockingham centerlink but seriously can you get rid of those that have no idea on how to treat people's situation nor know and carry out their job description for which they applied for .. you want to be treated with the respect you deserve ? how about the return respect ...if you don't know what someone's situation is and/or wasnt the one dealing with them, DONT fricking change it on the system.. you give those that DO do their jobs properly a bad name and cause problems with an individual and or couple.

Absolutely rude. 20 weeks pregnant and if I hadn't argued for an appointment they would of sent me away without any guidance on what I was asking about.Useless.

Staff at the front desk are very rude and insensitive. Management should do an overview of who's working there and how they treat the customers. I second that you can tell there faces look very condescending eaither they really hate themselfs or they hate the customers and these are the people sopsto be helping the vulnerable and since the great depression just feels like they treat you the same way the goverment treats us and is quite dispicable and disrespectful and only contributes to how how it really is, they don't even know how to smile its really offputting

We needed to have a large group of personal documents certified for purposes of Social Security in the United States. We were able to make an appointment easily as a walk-in for a future date. On the day, we arrived slightly early. We were met by security who vetted us for our health related to COVID and then we were personally directed to the que for reception. When we reached the front of the que, we were called by the next available receptionist who confirmed our appointment and directed us to sit and wait until called. When called, we met with someone who patiently listened to our complicated fact pattern and in the end certified each and every pages of all of the documents we presented to her. She was very professional and accommodating and we were very pleased with how she treated us and how we were served. Street parking provided easiest access but was somewhat limited.

Have never met such rude and dismissive staff. They always give the wrong advice seem to have no idea what they are doing and have no interest in helping. Had one woman take documentation from me forgot to process it then just rolled her eye's at me and ignored me when I went back in. They really do live up to the stereotype of a lazy and rude government worker. If these people worked at private company they would have been fired long ago. Never been so disgusted in my life!

The staff are lovely, including the security guards.Clear, concise, patient, helpful, polite. I happened to go in on a busy day and they were managing everyone in a very orderly manner while being patient and understanding.

terrible service, the woman with glasses (don’t know her name because she wouldn’t say) ticked all the boxes for my youth allowance, was supposed to get a call on monday and never got it. been trying for months, to sort it out. disgusting staff

My first time ever dealing with any Centrelink and all I can say is myself unlike most others don’t get paid to sit around all day. I don’t collect the doll if you can put a timer on me to fill out a form you can also file it promptly.Some people have other places to be.

Very unhelpfull staff , staffs are procrastinating and have no principle in this place. Totally dissapointed from their service
